Senior Flood Risk Engineer – Central London

My client, a specialist UK based Civil and Structural Consultancy which specialises in innovative design, is searching for an experienced Senior Flood Risk Engineer to join their Team based in Central London.

It is essential that applicants have a BSc and/or MSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering) and have 6 years+ UK based experience completing Flood Risk Assessments, Hydraulic Modelling, Drainage Strategy and Drainage Design using Windes.

It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience working with Private Sector Clients and have experience managing projects.

This exciting opportunity will involve assisting the Associate with the following;

-Drainage and Flood Risk Projects for Private Sector Clients and Residential Developments.
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Surface Water Management Plans.
-Drainage Strategy.
-Drainage Design using Microdrainage.
-Assist Junior Team Members.
-Feasibility Studies.
-Project Management.
-Prepare and review Bid proposals.
-Promote the services of the Company.
-Frequent liaison with Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Housing Developers.
