Senior Estimator

Our client provides a complete range of building services, carrying out projects across Kent, East Sussex and South London. Established for over 30 years, they are specialists in a range of building disciplines, undertaking projects valued up to £7.5 million in the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Residential and recreational sectors.

They are now looking to recruit a Senior Estimator who can ‘hit the ground running’ and who can be instrumental in taking the company to the next level.

The Role –

The role warrants a commercially astute Senior Estimator who can manage a range of works packages; oversee a number of projects and report accordingly.
The successful applicant will manage commercial activities with a high degree of acumen. Identify opportunities to add value throughout the project process, identify risks and opportunities, lead the supply chain enquiry process and produce a detailed control document at handover to delivery team.

The Person –

The Senior Estimator will have new build and refurbishment experience ideally within education, healthcare and commercial sectors.

As well as the normal Senior Estimator functions the successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with projects valued up to £10 million and be able to confidently convey overall budget cost advice.
