Salary: £84,000 – £96,000 per year
Vivo Recruit are on the hunt for a Senior Estimator to join our reputable client in Romford, some of their specialisms include leisure, hospitality and residential sectors. Our client has an outstanding track record that spans five decades which is shown in the high quality and excellence that is put into each and every project they’re a part of.
As a Senior Estimator you will the person responsible for overseeing major tenders and have proven ability to manage complex bids from initial enquiry, all the way through to the end result.
Main responsibilities will be but not limited to: Maintaining excellent relations with both builders, professional teams and directly with end user clients, Interpreting drawings and specifications, undertaking material take-off’s and ordering of materials, negotiating with the client and/or the clients’ representatives, attend tender interviews/meetings with the client/client’s representatives.
