Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year
Our candidate are one of the leading Construction, Building and Property Services companies in the UK.
They are seeking a Senior Engineer to carry out planned/reactive maintenance on all associated equipment.
To carry out reactive requests such as M&E, HVAC and general maintenance whilst ensuring the highest level of health and safety is adhered to under company rules.
The right candidate must be a team player within a large maintenance team. Have Excellent Customer service experience. Must have completed a recognized apprenticeship, NVQ or Equivalent training program.
The right candidate must have experience in:
Fault finding
Rectification and Planned maintenance of single and three phase power
Emergency lighting
Motors
BMS Operation (Trend)
Controls
Variable speed drives
Air Handling Units
Chilled Beam
1st line Air conditioning VRV
Chillers
Split units
1st line boilers
pumps
pressurisation units
1st Line UPS and generators
1st line fire alarm
security
access control systems.
Working at Height – IPAF and PASMA certification.
Knowledge of catering equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of working onrefrigeration and/or AC units.
Electrical qualifications- (minimum requirement) C&G 2360, C&G 2320, G&G 2382, C&G 2392
Working Requirements- 8am-4.30pm Monday- Friday (1 Hour lunch break)
