Are you an Electronic Design Engineer looking to utilise your interest and understanding of Power Electronics and lead an Electronic Design department?

You will be encouraged to discover new and innovative solutions to the technical difficulties facing engine turbocharging technology. This is a fully autonomous role and you will be actively encouraged to take a fresh and innovative approach to Power Electronics. You will have the opportunity to test and trial new technologies and lead a team of highly skilled and motivated Engineers.

This niche company design and develop highly specialist technology supplying in to the automotive industry and aim to expand in to the automotive mass market. This company are currently experiencing rapid growth and are aiming to triple the size of their workforce within the next three years. You will therefore play an influential part in the continued success and excellence of the business.

The role would suit a Senior Electronic Design Engineer with Power electronics (Motors, switchgear) experience looking to lead the Design department within this industry leading company.

The Role:

* Rotordynamic and component design
* Supporting the development of advanced prototype components for Electric turbochargers
* Leading the Mechanical Design department
