Salary: £52,832 – £56,444 per year

About the role
Your day-to-day work will be varied, you could be working with our team on a Zero Carbon strategy for our housing stock, or project managing a rewire program. You may be working with our Sheltered Housing team to look at their call assist system or running the alarm replacement program.
Works include full contract and project management of a portfolio of projects as well as the day-to-day fault finding and advice to clients.
About you
We need you to be a good communicator with experience of team management. A proven background in electrical engineering, construction, and project management will really help you to hit the ground running.
Specific requirements:
- Relevant professional qualifications in Electrical installation, testing and design
- Qualified 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations
- NICEIC qualification
- Good understanding of building services.
- Working knowledge of procurement legislation and procurement methodology.
- Contract management experience
