Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Our client is a national M&E Design, Energy and Facilities Management Consultancy providing complete 360 mechanical and electrical engineering solutions. The business works with a wide variety of public and private sector organisations offering professional technical and cost saving advice, including low carbon and sustainable building design.

This particular business can also boast one of the most secure portfolio’s of work in the area, with long term framework business already secured. The company is ideally placed with the comfort of guaranteed works combined with he capacity to go out and competitively tender for further works, strategically enhancing the order books when required. This long term client base has seen the organisation grow year on year, offering a stable and secure working environment.

The Leeds office is experiencing sustained growth, with the addition of a lead Electrical Engineer now considered a top priority. The successful candidate can look forward to working on a challenging portfolio of work, having full access to the client and project as a whole. This position will also include fronting design teams, taking the lead and overall responsibility for high quality electrical building services design.

Applications are invited from appropriately qualified Engineers (degree preferred), who can demonstrate their suitability for such a key position in a busy consulting engineering environment. Experience working on Commercial, Education, Leisure and Industrial schemes would prove useful, however more important is the technical ability to provide value engineering and a client facing service.
