Judd Farris have been instructed by a visionary organisation that is embarking upon a significant and high-profile programme of Development in the region of £750m!

As a Senior Development Manager you will be responsible form managing the successful delivery of strategic regeneration projects. You will hold the direction of projects that form part of a wider Masterplan.

Other duties will include:
-undertaking feasibility assessments of projects
-managing and co-ordinating the procurement and appointment of external consultants and contractors required to deliver the projects
-identifying and engaging with all stakeholders
-control, manage and monitor project and team budgets
-Actively identify and pursue external funding opportunities to secure the economic viability of strategic development schemes.

The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of working in a property related field with a proven track record in the end-to-end delivery of property development projects.

You will also be financially astute and have been involved in the funding of projects. It will also be necessary for you to be a Member of a professional body and possesses project management experience.
