Salary: £34,828 – £39,996 per year
Joining us as Senior Curriculum Administrator, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College to include the supervision and line management of administrative staff.
You will have responsibility for the smooth running of the Curriculum administration, implementing agreed customer facing systems and processes to support learners, managers and teachers to help facilitate the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. You will be expected to liaise with Divisions from across the college on a day to day administrative / site matters to ensure the Schools/ selections are operational.
Providing support, you will capture timetabling and rooming information within an agreed College planning cycle and complete the School calendar including Learner Voice meetings, School meetings, enrolment events, awards and parents’ evenings, providing information as required to the Principalship administrative team. As the first point of call for students and staff within curriculum areas, you will ensure that sound administrative processes are in place in the delivery of activities such as UCAS and self-assessment and that the submission of paperwork relevant to MIS processes are completed in a timely manner.
We’re looking for an individual who has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, someone who has good attention to detail and who can be a role model to the administrative team. Able to work flexibly under pressure, ensuring administrative deadlines are met, you will have previous experience of working in an educational environment and be confident when leading a team, able to prioritise own work along with supervising the work of others.
Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent, you will have a good understanding of college processes and procedures related to students such as enrolment, admissions etc, and be familiar with data protection regulations surrounding student data.
This is a permanent, full time position.
