People’s Partnership have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior CRM, Email & Automation Executive.

This role is a hybrid opportunity with the successful candidate working both at home and in the office.

Main Purpose:

The Senior CRM, email and automation executive is responsible for leading initiatives related to CRM data and email communication activity within the commercial division.

You will be a confident communicator and able to work closely with technical teams to collaborate on solutions that enhance existing platform capabilities and integrations.

With experience in email and automation activity, you will have a strong knowledge of best practice and be comfortable providing strategic recommendations to ensure communications generate optimum output.

There is a need for strong planning and prioritisation skills, often required to adopt an agile approach, and manage multiple tasks and campaigns to ensure these are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

• Experience managing email campaigns, able to demonstrate previous success and influence

• Evidence building automation programmes across multiple customer segments and prospects

• Strong knowledge of CRM and data management

• Ability to work in an agile project environment

• A passion for brand and house style to provide a consistent online experience

• Strong analysis and reporting skills

• Collaborative working style

• Basic html knowledge is beneficial

• Proven experience of quality control of content

• Experience of internal stakeholder engagement

Desirable

• Experience of content marketing for UK financial services, able to put forward creative concepts for web/email.

• Experience of working in a regulated environment

• Good understanding of the organisation’s products and markets

• Digital content production experience

• Experience of coaching and/or mentoring junior colleagues
