The Role

As a Consultant within our business you will be responsible for a profitable desk, ensuring that you deliver a quality and professional service to both your clients and candidates. This is a multifaceted role and will encompass the following key elements:

·Securing new business and growing existing business (Perm, Contract or Dual Desk)

·Offering candidates a supremely professional service

·Working in partnership with clients to ensure you support business objectives

·Strategic development of your chosen market sector / discipline

·Business development / Exhibitions / Conferences / Trade shows

·Personal development / Career progression / Training
