Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

Our client is a well established Digital consultancy headquartered in East Yorkshire and due to unprecedented growth, they are looking to hire 3 talented Senior Client Managers to join their international marketing team. A passion for leading a team and delivering the outcome based results for your clients and the business, should be a key motivator in applying for the role.

The successful candidate will work on digital campaigns across the UK, Europe and beyond.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results across multiple digital channels such as PPC, Performance Display & Marketplaces and SEO and have experience working in an agency environment or client side at an equivalent level.

You will need to be confident and effective in managing all client projects, ensuring delivery is right first time and that SLAs and performance metrics are met. You will own the relationship with the client and be responsible for working with other teams in the business to set and deliver to agreed strategies whilst maximising value-add opportunities.

To be successful, you should also demonstrate the ability to manage a small team; from highlighting resource requirements, assisting in the recruitment process, plus ongoing development and progression of Client Managers and Client Executives.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Min. 2 years experience of managing Paid Search campaigns and/or SEO is essential!
• Experience of managing large budgets across multiple channels
• Experience of tracking and reporting across multiple metrics
• Strong understanding of the core disciplines of digital marketing in an e-commerce environment
• Relationship management experience
• Previous experience of working in retail or with retailers would be advantageous
• Track record of analysing PPC issues and opportunities, and providing and implementing recommendations to improve campaigns

Skills:

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel knowledge
• Excellent written/oral communication
• Ability to manage high volume workloads in a fast moving, demanding environment
• Previous experience of working with DC Storm or other tracking providers would be advantageous
