Excellent role on offer for a Project Manager looking to join an expanding, well-established FMCG manufacturer where you will be responsible for leading CI projects from concept to completion, whilst receiving excellent training.

Are you a highly skilled Continuous Improvements Engineer/ Projects Manager from an FMCG background? Are you looking to join a company that are well known to look after their staff through excellent training and development? Do you have experience with Lean, 5s or Six Sigma?

Established for over 90 years, this organisation is renowned for being well established in the FMCG manufacturing industry. With new directives to increase efficiencies across the site, they are looking to recruit a project manager who wants responsibility on large, technically challenging projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be required to manage scope, deliverables, schedule, budgets and quality of engineering projects. You will also be responsible for the design review, site acceptance and installation of equipment.

This role would ideally suit a Continuous Improvements Engineer or Project Manager from a Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Manufacturing background that is looking for a technically challenging role with further opportunities to progress into senior level roles.

The Role;

* Working closely with Senior Management to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Excellent training and development
* Design, specification, procurement, construction, installation & commissioning of allocated Engineering projects
* £43,000- £45,000 + Training + 25 days Holiday + Pension + Benefits

The Person:

* Continuous Improvement Engineer/ Project Manager from a Pharmaceutical/ FCMG Environment.
* Must be from a manufacturing background
* Must be able to communicate with senior members of staff and clients.
* Enthusiastic and flexible team player with a thirst for training and development.
