Senior Business Analyst – Finance and Procurement

Your new company

Roche Diabetes Care global IT department is developing a UK based team in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, to support its broader Tech headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, an IT Hub in Barcelona, Spain and Satellite offices in Indianapolis, Mannheim, Singapore, Brazil, Poland and China.

As a heavily outsourced organisation, the internal IT department needs to be able to manage and work with internal and external partners effectively to provide quality services for operations, development and technical solution and design functions.

Your new role

– Perform solution/application design and business processes optimisation in order to meet business, customer and technological requirements at a global level in respective area
– Develops and manages the respective business critical know-how within the business areas supported
– Works with the solution architect to translate complex business requirements into solutions and procedures meeting current business, customer and technical requirements, while observing defined financial requirements.
– Represents IT to the business areas, owns the solution

What you’ll need to succeed

Ideally, you will have progressed your career as a Senior Business Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Finance (80%) with a sound overall knowledge of Procurement (20%) include purchase order processes and have SAP and GEP knowledge. A good understanding of finance language (AR/ AP, GL, FICO), and an ability to converse with finance teams to understand how they use systems and what new functionality within SAP would benefit the overall business

The role is available for hybrid working, with 20% of the time being office based within the prestigious Roche Diagnostics offices in Burgess Hill, which is on the Brighton to London main railway line.

In addition to a competitive basic salary, there is an £96,000Car Allowance for this position, together with a 15% or higher bonus for good performance.
