IT Business Analyst

Salary: £48,000 – £51,480 per year

They’re looking for someone with proven business analysis experience to join their IT team. This is a 12-month fixed term salaried role and is majority homeworking with a requirement to spend approximately one day per week in the Hampshire head office.

As IT Business Analyst your main responsibility will be to gather and document requirements using interviews, document and data-flow analysis, requirements workshops, work shadowing, surveys, site visits, use cases and other business analysis methodologies for system improvement. Your day-to-day duties will include streamlining processes/process re-design, running workshops, ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process mapping, translating business requirements to technical requirements and supporting creation of test and training plans.

Essential experience:

* Extensive commercial experience working as an IT Business Analyst

* Business analysis certification such as: CBAP, CCBA, AAC, PMI-PBA, etc

* Process re-engineering/re-design experience

* Technical documentation

* Supporting creation of test and training plans

* Experience working on a Dynamics 365/CRM/CX project would be highly desirable for this role although not essential
