Senior Asset Manager
Job Description
MJM Industrial are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to work directly for a market-leading global operation, who are leaders in efficient logistics process automation within the airports and parcel sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary role of the Asset Management lead is to proactively drive the Asset Management System maturity across the Strategic Partnership by identification of improvement areas, prioritising and delivering change together with stakeholders. Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Be the go-to person for the Asset Management System
- Own and drive Asset Management improvement activities
- Deliver long term Asset Management Roadmap
- Perform Asset Management maturity assessments (internal and external i.e. IAM+ method)
- Represent the organisation on alignment initiatives across the two organisations within the Strategic Partnership
- Lead and coordinate the development of the strategic asset management documentation like: SAMP, AMP, Critical Asset System Strategy, etc.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is essential you meet the following criteria to be successful when applying for this position:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree
- Good Knowledge of ISO 55000 or similar (IAM or similar Qualifications preferred)
- Experience in stakeholder management and driving Asset Management Roadmap Developments
- Turn Theoretical understanding into practice
- Good understanding of service management (O&M, IT) and asset management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in rail or aviation environment
