We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, you will be reporting to our Accounts Payable Manager, you will assist with the day to day supervision of the accounts payable team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

The Role

  • Line Management
  • Reviewing invoices for payment
  • Processing invoices both manually & through an excel importing process.
  • Reconciling supplier and rent accounts on all companies and proactively dealing with any matters arising.
  • Promote a good working relationship between our suppliers, our branch staff and the rest of the finance department.
  • Resolve any outstanding or complex issues across the team and assist other members where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Assist in payment runs
  • Deal with and resolve invoice queries and discrepancies

Role Criteria

  • Experience in Accounts payable.
  • Accomplished team player, who has a strong work ethic and want to deliver results.
  • You must be able to use your own initiative and feel comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • You must be organised with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
  • You will be meticulous and accurate with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Building relationships with people internally and externally with come naturally to you.
