Senior Accountant
Job Description
Senior Accountant required to join our client an Accountancy Practice located in Halesowen on a full time, permanent basis. The role of the Senior Accountant is to prepare accounts, financial statements and management accounts.
Experience working within an Accountancy Practice is essential for this position.
The job will involve:
- Preparation of accounts and financial statements
- Preparation of management accounts
- Client record processing
- Working closely with Manager
- Dealing with client queries
- Assisting and training junior team members
- Admin and other ad hoc tasks as required
Ideally you will be :
- Have previous practice experience of at least 4 years within an accountancy practice
- Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks and CCH desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Staff Benefits:
Salary £27,000-£40,000.
37 hours per week (Flexi-time, core hours of 10am-4pm)
