Senior Account Manager

Pursuit Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Marketing firm based in Brentwood to recruit a Senior Account Manager on a permanent basis.

This role requires you to act as the key contact between the client and the company on assigned accounts, developing relationships with clients, providing complete client support and service delivery. You will also provide and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide professional advice to all assigned clients on aspects of marketing communications, from strategy to delivery.
Manage client expectations in terms of delivery
Manage client presentations of work and approvals at each stage
Manage all client meetings and presentations
Ensure status reports are issued regularly
Internal responsibility to undertake all administration tasks including raising job numbers, write briefs, agree estimates, timing plans and brief the creative team.
Ensure invoices are paid within 90 days
Ensure work is completed in line with outlined budget.
Manage the drive for ‘additional business’ from existing clients.You must have a background in Account Management for important and key clients including face-to-face meetings within the marketing industry. Alternatively you may have a background within in-house marketing and be looking to move into an agency environment.

The role is paying between £33,000 – £38,400 with excellent benefits.
