Senior Account Executive – LCN224
Client liaison and day-to-day support on multiple allocated accounts (advertising and new media), for 1 or more Account Managers/Account Directors
Participating in client briefs and internally briefing Life staff (copy, design and production) from initiation to completion of each job
Management of client changes/amendments to allocated jobs
Uploading and referencing jobs on Zinc
Preparation and attendance at client meetings
Providing weekly/monthly budget and status reports to clients as required
Job bag management and maintenance
Production schedule management (Jugall/Traffic)
Estimating jobs (as per Account Manager specification); keeping track of and chasing purchase order numbers; highlighting work over and above original estimate to AMsInvoicing jobs upon project completion and invoice tracking
Involvement in pitches (research, preparation, time planning)
Providing added support to the wider agency team as and when required
Salary up to GBP 28K DOE (+ non-contributory pension scheme)
