Clear three year development plan with basic salary growth linked to success and with uncapped commission. Total earnings can grow to over £26,000in year three and beyond.

Excellent Industry Training and Mentoring is also provided on a continuous basis.

This role focuses on winning, developing and retaining new commercial business accounts in the first year. The company matches the on target first year portfolio delivered with the same number accounts at the start of year two. The three year target for you being that you will have generated your own 100 retained account portfolio of business.

It is close to running your own business. Winning new business accounts and then developing close relationships with each decision maker that allows you to grow and retain the account.

You will be joining a successful business based in York who is developing a high performance sales and account management team. You will be offered a very supportive environment where you will be encouraged through training and mentoring to reach your full potential.

The Person:
To be happy, motivated and successful in this role it is recommended you will have the following experience, skills and qualities:
· At least one successful year experiencing B2B outbound telesales
· Excellent tone on the phone
· Effective communication skills
· Mental agility to deal with a fast paced commercial environment
· Resilient and organised and focuses on goals rather than being affected by minor set backs
· Comfortable at building professional rapport with decision makers
· Will commit to the above role understanding that learning and success will come in return for a tenacious, results orientated work ethic
· Educated with GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above, and in addition a level three qualification.
