Internal Sales / Account Manager

Salary: £33,000 per year

Essential Results have a fantastic opportunity for a Internal Sales / Account manager for a well-established market leading engineering business based in Welwyn. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our client, working in their friendly team.

Reporting to the Operations Manger the role is to help support the operations manager with day-to-day tasks and to maintain relationships with existing clients.

The candidate will be required to build up relationships with key accounts making sure that they are looked after and given a good level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Follow up all quotations and communication to prospects and customers

· Take sales enquiries, orders and discuss quotes directly to the end customer

· Respond to client queries in a timely manner

· Create Quotes, Load Orders onto system.

· To provide full administrative support to the operations Manager

· Assisting with telephone enquiries and liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure communication is effective and customers are given a positive experience at all times

· Liaising with suppliers to gain pricing and availability on materials

KEY SKILLS

· IT Literate – office and CRM Systems

· Strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner

· Have a minimum of 3 years administration experience

· Initiative to work alone and in a team

Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 (3/4-hour lunch) Friday 8.30 – 4.00 (3/4-hour lunch)
