As a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with your teams to achieve shared goals. In addition to this;
•You will be fully CeMap qualified.
•You will have had previous advising experience within a Mortgage Services environment.
•You will have an already established Client Bank.
•You will have the determination to succeed in the Financial Services market.
•You will be capable of working effectively under pressure and in a target orientated environment.
•You will be able to qualify applicants to advise of their purchasing ability.
•You will have the ability to advise and sell non-regulated insurance products.

The company will offer a flow of qualified leads from their busy Land and New Homes department as well as from their Gloucestershire branch network. They offer the flexibility of a Self Employed position all within a supportive, team working environment. Excellent earning potential is provided through quality leads given;

With a track record of successful sales abilities within the Mortgage industry, suitable candidates will have:

You will be required to accept calls on Saturdays and Sundays due to the nature of the Land and New Homes enquiries.
