Security Supervisor

Salary: £15 per hour

JOIN US NOW! We are currently looking to recruit Experienced DS Event Supervisor’s to work with us at Twickenham Stadium.

We are an established organisation within the Events & Security industry. JAR Site Solutions Limited is an Approved SIA Security Contractor specialising in Security Manned Guarding and Events including traffic marshalling, security & stewarding, and special high profile events.

Supervisor’s Responsibilities

* Assist in a safe operation and report any suspicious activity/concerns.

* Awareness of the H&S and welfare of all spectators, colleagues and themselves

* Be responisble for ensuring the event runs smoothly

* Carry out, organise and manoitor safety checks & security sweeps

* Control or direct spectators to achieve flow and safe passage

* Ensure good communication and records/incident’s and accurate reports are corectly escalated within fast time scales

* Maintain, distribute and collect all equiptment & PPE

* Maintain public safety within venue and surrounding areas

* Monitor staff, manage breaks and make regular welfare checks

* Security Breifing’s & Debrief

* Staff Check In’s

* Staff Deployment

Shifts are flexible, with a wide range of day, evening and weekend work available, which is all requested and booked through our App, allowing you to request work and update details from wherever you are, 24 hours a day!

Requirements

As an Experienced and Professional DS Event Supervisor, you will be the face of JAR Site Solutions and the event. With your bubbly personality and superior customer focus, you will have various responsibilities however you must be able to deliver all of the following:

* Be a Strong Team Leader

* Exceptional communication skills

* NVQ Level 2 In Spectator Safety (don’t worry, we can help you to achieve this)

* Positive energy and a fun attitude to work

* Valid SIA License

* Valid UK right to work documentation
