Security Officer -Stadiums (Hospitality & Events)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests;
  • Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities;
  • Have a professional appearance and demeanor;
  • Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the Team Lead / Supervisor;
  • Other responsibilities may apply;
  • Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills;
  • Patrol guest areas for suspicious activities and unauthorized people.

Requirements:

  • SIA-Door Supervisor License required;
  • Hotel/Restaurants/Clubs security or Door supervison experience;
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours;
  • Prior customer service experience in football stadiums and vip lounges.
  • Open work availability preferred.
  • Fluent in English and other languages would add an advantage.
