Seasonal Receptionist

Are you an experienced receptionist?

Do you live in a commutable distance of Penzance?

Do you take pride in ensuring guests have an excellent stay and provide high levels of customer service?

Wise Employment is seeking a receptionist to join an established hotel in the Penzance area. This position is an immediate start, is for the duration of the spring and summer season and is paying up to £26,000 per year DOE.

Knowledge of Welcome 21st Hotel and Hospitality software is preferred but ot essential as full training will be provided.

Key duties, skills and responsibilities:

– Meeting and checking in guests
– Room reservations
– Dealing with incoming post and email
– Ensure guest have a lovely stay
– Transferring calls
– Taking payments
– Other associated tasks
