What do we need from you?
- Strong Agile experience
- Demonstrable Scrum Master experience
- Have managed multiple squads concurrently
- Experience using data to inform decisions
- Understanding of PM and project delivery
- Have worked with technical teams
- Be within a commutable range of the York area

You will be joining at a pivotal time for the business as they help deliver major platforms for their customer base. You will act as a layer of support between the dev team and the business by thinking of constructive solutions to overcome bottlenecks, facilitate sessions, provide progress reports with the team and senior stakeholders, and work through retrospectives. Further to this, you will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of multi-disciplinary squads through the implementation of metrics.
