Scheme Manager

They are looking for a Scheme Manager to work on a temporary contract for 2-3 months at one of their schemes based in Sheffield area.
The role will involve working 25 hours per week assisting residents in approving their independence as well as ensuring that the scheme is running in an effective manner. The ideal candidate will carry out risk assessments and support plans as well as liaising with external agencies.
Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience of managing a scheme as well as looking after elderly residents and be able to work well within a team as well as on there own initiative.
All candidates must have an enhanced DBS to be able to apply for this post.
