Sc / Dv Cleared Organisational Change Consultant – Business Process An

An Organisational Change Consultant is being sought by on of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services to work within the Business Deployment Services Consulting team.
As an Organisational Change Consultant your role will include:
Organisational Change Management, Process Consulting, IT Transformation, Programme Leadership.

We are looking for the highest calibre individuals who exhibit the following attributes, experience and skills that enable them to deliver rapid value to clients:

Experience of IT package implementations (including ERP) or large custom build, ideally including social media;
Demonstrable skills in Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Thinking, Presentation and Coaching.
Some form of current or previous security clearance – either SC Cleared or DV Cleared. We may also consider those that are “clearable” – at least 5 consecutive years in the UK.
Proven experience and expertise in the application of two or more of the following organisational change elements through a full development lifecycle:

• Operating Model Design;
• Organisation Design;
• Business Process Design;
• Change Management Strategy Development;
• Impact Analysis; Communications;
• Education and Training Strategy Development and Delivery
