SAP – Customer Service Administraton

Based in Castleford my very successful international company requires a dedicated Customer service Administrator with SAP experience. This role will not train SAP for this role you will already have the competency to step into this role.

Along with SAP my client is seeks sales admin / customer service ability liaising with customers nationally and internationally. This exciting role is initially a 6 month contract but has potential to be extended.

The role will involve management of customer order processing from receipt, delivery creation, batch allocation, transportation, freight calculation, material postings and preparation of relevant shipping documentation for global markets. You will have strong SAP experience.

Your tasks

Customer / order feasibility checks, i.e.. commercial business terms, availability, logistics.
Order creation on supply chain system in conjunction with shipments from suppliers or toll manufacturers.
Allocation of batches and delivery arrangements.
Preparation of shipping documents for forwarders / carriers.
Preparation of sales confirmation / packing list and Certificates of Analysis to sales office / agents.
Monitor despatch dates and post goods issue to trigger invoice process.
Creation of freight cost estimate.
Handling customer complaints / returns, logistic issues and credit notes.
Ensuring correct documentation in place throughout order processing.
Your skills and qualifications

Previous experience in export order processing, transportation and logistics is essential.
Proven ability in customer care, commercial administration and organisational skills.
Disciplined, logical approach to work, with ability to deal with high volume transactions.
Team worker in multi-business service environment, but also ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
Use of computerised supply chain system (preferably SAP), and competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
