Ayan Capital is an Islamic FinTech startup that provides Electric Vehicle finance for Uber drivers and aims to expand into other Islamic financial services in the UK. Ayan was founded by Alifians, a team of over 1100 people with 2 million clients and a market-leading digital bank and fintech group in Central Asia.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales/Underwriting Consultant to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and assess affordability and credit risks. The ideal candidate should have a background in car finance and/or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Understand clients’ needs, affordability, and suitability of our products
- Help and serve clients according to the values of Ayan, with transparency, integrity and sincerity
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in either car finance and/or car sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Values: Commitment to Islamic financial practices and a willingness to engage in continuous learning.
Salary: Upto £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
