Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
My client is a very successful property sales and online estate agency group.
They have solid plans for growth and development of the company.
A key appointment to achieve these aims is a Sales Trainer who has flair and passion for sales training and a love of property. It is true performance trainer role – your input will directly influence the performance of the sales teams and hence your ability to earn bonus.
What need you to bring to the role:

The skills to develop employees within a sales-based organisation
As a sales trainer you will support efforts of the Directors to achieve sustainable skills and business growth through the focused efforts of our work force.
Day to day your role will be:
Coaching, mentoring, training the teams and being a support capacity by developing them to ensure that they are offering a first class service for clients.
Delivering feedback – you will be expected to appraise calls in order to assess what went well and development areas that can then be fed back to help improve the overall ability of the sales function.
Written feedback – able to provide specific written feedback that will enhance an individuals’ understanding and development areas
Problem-solving – you will bring creative thinking to all sessions and how you can assist staff to reach the next level
Delivering comprehensive coaching/training (daily/weekly coaching, role play)
Give regular feedback to teams and management from a performance tracking perspective
Recognise behaviours and training needs to support individuals in their continued development
Identify product, system and procedural knowledge gaps to ensure that all agents along with managers are up to speed
