Salary: £27,600basic – £40k OTE

Hours: 37.5 hrs

Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their vibrant team. They are looking for someone with proven telesales skills and a passion for giving the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

Managing a team of Lead Managers
Ongoing training and support of your team
Quality Assurance of calls and correspondence for your team
Ensuring GDPR guidelines are upheld
Quarterly 1-2-1’s
Monitoring and controlling lead flow for your team
Shared responsibility of the weekly team meetings
Creating incentives for your team and the business as a whole
Dealing with general customer service enquiries when escalated
Full training will be provided

Requirements

A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard, manage people and be part of an enthusiastic team
Demonstrable experience in a team leader or supervisory role
A great telephone manner, and the ability to talk engagingly to lots of different types of customers
An organised working style with strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
An understanding of KPI’s and lead flow
Real ambition to develop your skills and be the best at what you do
