The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company within Engineering

Main duties:
To oversee all Sales Support activities and develop team members to ensure that all procedures are carried out efficiently

The Role:
-To monitor all sales administration activity
-To be the main point of contact for UK & European customers
-To monitor and supervise the Sales Support team to ensure that all orders are processed correctly and shipments arranged efficiently
-To provide the team with regular support and training
-To be the main point of contact within the team regarding any internal issues such as covering holidays, distributing tasks etc.
-To assist the Sales team with establishing sales strategies and monthly forecasts
-To report any serious issues to the Line Manager and highlight any potential risks

The Candidate:
-Fluent in English as well as Italian or Spanish (written & spoken)
-Previous experience within Sales Administration
-Previous experience leading a team
-Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
-B2B experience
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-High level of commercial awareness
-Strong numeracy skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: £30,000 pa + benefits (quarterly bonus, 24 days holiday, pension scheme)
