Sales Support / Data Analyst

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Systems, Reporting and Analysis

* Extracting data on a daily/weekly frequency from the Top 4 Grocers own EPOS systems and the internal SalesForce system.
* Maintaining “Master” product and Store attribute spreadsheets.
* Producing daily/weekly sales and availability reports for use by the Field Sales Teams in store visits.
* Updating periodic store scorecards and store attribute reports.
* Providing support for periodic Return in Investment reporting and analysis.
* Providing support for sales performance reporting and analysis.
* Helping with ad hoc requests from Sales Teams and internal management teams.
* Helping to identify efficiency improvements in ways of working.

JOB CONTEXT:

The jobholder will work to support the Data insights Manager who provides insights to the Field Sales Teams in Grocery, Convenience and Value to drive sales.
The jobholder may also have direct contact with the Field operations managers and Field Sales Management Team.

Knowledge of Salesforce and the Top 4 Retailer systems would be a significant benefit but is not essential.
