Salary: £30,000 per year
Due to continued growth, we have a manufacturing client on the outskirts of Scarborough looking to recruit a Sales Support Assistant. You will be responsible to support the Business Development Managers with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues that occur in connection with customer’s orders.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner to meet deadlines
Coordinate payments terms and final shipping
Point of contact for sales enquiries, communicating all requests to the relevant BDM or Distributor
Provide confident and effective customer care
Respond promptly and efficiently to sales enquiries daily
Establish and maintain customer accounts details with all relevant and up to date information in the operating system
Accurate preparation of export documentation ensuring compliance with statutory Customs & Excise procedures
This will be working full-time Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-3:00pm earning a salary of £30,000.
