Sales Recruitment Resourcer Remote

Salary: £28,800 – £78,000 per year

We are seeking remote Sales Recruitment Resourcers with business experience for our well established and expanding recruitment enterprise. We offer in demand professional recruitment in sales, technology and finance, with high margins. You may have experience in sales, marketing, social media or customer service. Full training in recruitment will be given. There is a clear progressive career path from Graduate Trainee to Partner.

We are in a booming and lucrative market. We help companies recruit the key talent they need in a cost-effective way. We are fully retained meaning we work exclusively for clients with a deposit always paid before we start work.

Your role as Sales Recruitment Resourcer on starting will be to help us market our brand, secure client introductions and headhunt candidates for specific requirements., This will mean working on LinkedIn making connections and messages and telemarketing. There are five grades you can progress through. The Resourcer grade is just seen as a 3-month induction and training.

Resourcer – FlexiBasic on all activity plus bonus

Senior Resourcer – 25% increase on Resourcer pay

Recruiter – Senior Resourcer Flexibasic plus 30% of all placements

Partner – 50% of all placements plus ownership fee rights on portfolio

Managing Partner. Partner plus 10% override on team to two levels.

On starting you will be paid for all the detail of activity you work. Connections on LinkedIn, telephone calls, visits, follow up emails, proposals. All activity is recorded on our CRM. In addition that from the start you will receive bonuses and participation our fast track training and development scAs a Lead Generator you can move up to Senior Resourcer grade after your first month and certainly in your first quarter. Your payment rate and bonuses and job role will be increased. You can then develop your career in Marketing, Lead Generation or move to being a Recruiter. The top role is as Managing Partner where you will own your own portfolio receive 50% of every deal and an override on a team and their team aswell.

We target a C-Level or senior decision makers in growth markets which has been assessed as having finance for growth. There are many growth sectors, for example, IT Services, Software, AdTech, Tech, SaaS, Digital Marketing, niches of Financial Services, Home Improvements, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Online Training are all doing exceptionally well. We also can supply any staff specialism, Sales, Marketing, Technical, Financial, Administrative, Engineering etc.

Please note that Linkedin is a key resource. You will need to use your LinkedIn profile purely for Success Moves and should already have a presence there. We will provide content to start you off. Then we will show you how to turn it into a money magnet. You will also make telephone calls using our online VOIP telephone system. On average you will spend half your time telemarketing and half with social media marketing.

All you must do is learn and work this business very hard in the first month. From then you progress. You should be less concerned how much you earn as Resourcer to instead how quickly you can progress to Senior Resourcer, Recruiter and Partner. Each grade has a significant pay rise.
