Are you a highly organised and confident Sales Supervisor seeking to work for an expanding manufacturing company based in the heart of Warwickshire?

We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate a small sales team, within a very busy and vibrant office. You, the successful candidate will be the pivotal point between initial sales orders from customer to despatch of goods covering UK & Worldwide shipments. You will be involved in all daily activities covering sales order processing, batching, cleansing systems and updating new information, prioritising your teams work and managing your own for smooth and effective running of the sales and despatch process.

The successful candidate must be customer focussed, highly organised, ability to plan, prioritise with excellent attention to detail, excellent IT skills, previous supervisory experience will be advantageous, excellent working knowledge and experience in working within a very busy sales environment.
