Salary: £26,000 per year
Industrial personnel are now recruiting a Sales Operative, for a well-established client based in Rotherham.
The Job:
* 6 month contract, with a good chance of a permanent position being offered to the right candidate, subject to the needs of the business.
* £26,000 per year starting wage (rising to £26,000 per year upon passing 3-month probationary period).
* Achievable £12k+ of additional bonus available annually.
* Inbound and outbound sales role, selling a variety of products to a range of industries.
* Predominantly inbound sales-through service.
* Full systems and products training programme provided plus shadowing and soft-go-live in the first week.
The Person:
* Excellent English skills, as email and live chat interactions will be a daily task.
* Experience of telephone sales-through-service would be preferred.
* Must be willing to learn, develop and progress.
* The ideal candidate would be a self-motivator who wants to drive themselves to success.
* Confident and outgoing personality.
* Excellent telephone manner.
The Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
overtime available in peak seasons, where the company remains open until 7pm.
Occasional 10-2 shifts on a Saturday, paid at 1.25x hourly rate.
