Our client

Our client are a leading construction business, specialising in fit- out and refurbishment projects across the North West. As a result of increased workload we are now recruiting a Sales and Marketing Assistant to work across their 3 business functions.

The Role

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Head of Business Development and will be given the opportunity to grow into the role, delivering the following:

·Identify, create and maintain business opportunities

·Manage and maintain digital assets (website, social media, e-news)

·Work with and manage third-party suppliers including outsourced PR consultant to develop external reputation.

·Produce project data sheets, case studies and brochures.

·Attend and lead sales/marketing meetings and deliver actions.

·Manage project photography

·Manage internal communications including delivery of twice-yearly newsletter

The successful Sales & Marketing Assistant will possess the following skill set and attributes

·Relevant marketing qualification

·Experience in a similar role

·Excellent communicator

·First class IT skills, word, publisher, in-design

·Top class knowledge of social media
