We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an exciting company that develops and distributes an array of prestigious brands in luxury retail.

The company has recently established an Apothecary Division that has a growing portfolio, including a luxury well-being brand that has recently undergone a complete resign and repositioning. As a result, there is a requirement to strengthen the team behind this brand with the appointment of a Sales & Marketing Assistant.

This is a highly varied role in which you will work across the areas of sales support and operations, administration, marketing support (including PR liaison, events coordinating domestic and overseas trade shows, social media and digital marketing). We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organised, creative and dedicated – a multi-tasker with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to learn and happy to work in diverse areas of the business!

The Responsibilities
*Act as a first-point of contact for enquiries – via telephone and email – and resolve any customer issues
*Record and analyse sales figures
*Manage customer orders and liaise with our couriers to ensure smooth delivery of products
*Extend brand presence across social media platforms
*Drive traffic to website and increase engagement and loyalty
*Work with the team to develop a social media content calendar
*Take a 24/7 approach to social community management, dealing with crisis and/or communication when needed
*Develop and expand community and blogger outreach efforts
*Liaise with PR agencies and accommodate journalist requests for samples
*Represent the brand at retailer beauty events

The Requirements
*Internship / experience in blogging / social media
*Strong literacy skills
*Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to beauty
*Knowledge of SEO
*Experience in implementing social media strategies
*Ability to create strong editorial copy and content creation
