WMC Training is a leading Apprenticeship training provider delivering high quality Apprenticeships throughout England. We provide qualifications to nursery staff offering 95% funding. We also dleiver to the NHS and are the nominated provider for the largest nursery franchise in the UK.
The Role
Due to our ongoing success we have identified the need for a strong, tenacious, dependable telephone sales professional to join our small, central Cardiff team to meet our ambitious business plan to be THE market leading training provider in the UK. You will be key to this mission.
You
are passionate, ambitious and ready to scream from the rooftops to make our brand the market leader. You are highly motivated, positive minded and ready to give your all to make us win.
You are highly productive and highly organised. You are capable of seeing the sales cycle from start to end and will thrive on high productivity, You enjoy making high volumes of cold calls and quickly building rapport with decision makers to drive results.
You will be able to deliver complex information to prospects in a simple, consultative and persuasive manner, with the follow up to make sales stick. You will work hard to hit and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
Reporting weekly to the centre manager, your successful sales style and process might become the blueprint for our growing sales function. For the right candidate this might be an opportunity to grow and lead a high functioning sales team over time.
Applicants will need to demontrate a strong sales track record, and a commitment to high productivity. Full training will be provided but an aptitude and passion for sales is vital.
