The Role:
As the Inside Sales Director for this FinTech / Payments start-up your primary responsibility will be to manage the team of internal sales executives to ensure they are hitting target. Having an exciting value proposition that includes the fact this costs the merchant nothing and offers them the chance to offer their customers £5 discount each time they pay using this method it is a really exciting product to take to market. You will be responsible for all areas of sales management / leadership from motivating, monitoring of sales performance through using salesfore and looking at reports through to growing the team based on hitting certain targets and objectives set by the CEO.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales manager / director with a demonstrable track record of driving performance of an inside / internal sales team. You will need to be able demonstrate a strong knowledge of sales analytics and using sales tools to monitor performance as well as being a motivator and a leader. You will need to have been managing a team of at least 10 people in your last role and for at least 5 years to be suitable for this role. Any exposure to selling to merchants, retailers or ecommerce would be a distinct advantage however not essential.
The Package:
On offer will be a competitive basic salary of between £84,000 – £120,000depending on experience along with an uncapped commission plan, share options and the opportunity to get involved in a business at the ground level and all the career opportunities that come with that.
