Job Description
Job title: Sales Ledger Administrator
Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum + 5% Bonus Structure.
Location: Carrington M31 (Hybrid Working 3 office / 2 days WFH)
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs per week.
Duties:
- PROCESSING INVOICES ENSURING THEY MEET LEGAL AND TAX REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH HMRC REGULATIONS
- PROCESSING CREDIT NOTES SAME CRITERIA AS ABOVE
- CHECKING AND PROCESSING SELF BILLS AND COMMUNICATING ANY ISSUES TO LOCAL REGIONAL CONTACTS
- UPLOADING INVOICES IN A TIMELY MANNER ONTO PORTALS
- CHECKING ADMIN INBOXES AND DEALING WITH QUERIES AS NECESSARY
- PRODUCING SOME REPORTING USING SAP AND EXCEL
- UPDATING SYSTEMS WITH CHANGES TO CUSTOMER DETAILS
- OTHER ADHOC DUTIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
