Job title: Sales Ledger Administrator
Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum + 5% Bonus Structure.
Location: Carrington M31 (Hybrid Working 3 office / 2 days WFH)
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hrs per week.

Duties:

  • PROCESSING INVOICES ENSURING THEY MEET LEGAL AND TAX REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH HMRC REGULATIONS
  • PROCESSING CREDIT NOTES SAME CRITERIA AS ABOVE
  • CHECKING AND PROCESSING SELF BILLS AND COMMUNICATING ANY ISSUES TO LOCAL REGIONAL CONTACTS
  • UPLOADING INVOICES IN A TIMELY MANNER ONTO PORTALS
  • CHECKING ADMIN INBOXES AND DEALING WITH QUERIES AS NECESSARY
  • PRODUCING SOME REPORTING USING SAP AND EXCEL
  • UPDATING SYSTEMS WITH CHANGES TO CUSTOMER DETAILS
  • OTHER ADHOC DUTIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
