Sales Executive

We have partnered with an ethical business based in Bristol City Centre, that are looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Although you will be selling, all of the calls you’ll be making will be to customers that have requested you to call them. So, there’s absolutely NO cold calling! This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm, with every other Saturday but only 10am – 4pm AND you get a day off in the week.

What you’ll be doing

•    Managing incoming calls and online enquiries.
•    Following up with requests by making outbound calls to customers.
•    Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs.
•    Explaining the company and product benefits.
•    Booking appointments for our demonstrators to show the customer product.

What you’ll need to apply

•    Experience dealing with customers over the phone or face to face.
•    Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar.
