£26,000per year – Salary during initial 12 week training period:
With a bonus structure OTE from £26,000 per year + company car after training is completed

Sytner BMW / MINI are looking to select and coach a team of 10 full-time Sales Executives throughout multiple dealer locations within the UK.

Successful candidates will receive an intensive, tailor-made and highly specialised 12-week programme, which will include a 2-week residential at the start of your employment.

Job Details:

Working with world-renowned brands for one of the largest motor groups in the UK, this is an incredible opportunity for you to turbo-charge your career in the automotive industry.

During your initial 12 weeks, you will be guided through the entire process of becoming a successful Sales Executive.

Your training will include: Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Practical skills, Negotiation and Objection Handling, Finance & Insurance knowledge, Regulation & Compliance and much more.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for vibrant, competent, and trustworthy professionals to join our prestige car sales teams throughout the U.K.

If you have excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage potential customers, we’d like to hear from you.

Previous motor industry experience is not required; however, retail sales experience is advantageous. You should have the ability to work weekends as required in this sector.

Your comprehensive training is accompanied by a dedicated industry-leading Mentor and Coach. You will have access to expert guidance and support within our organisation to fulfil your potential.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Digital Assessment, where you will have a chance to hear more about the programme and ask any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to showcase your personality.

Our digital assessments for this role will take place on the 19th, 21st and 23rd of September, and all applicants should ensure that they are able to attend on their appointed date if selected. The closing date for applications is 15th September.

Employment start dates will be dependent on your notice period.
