UP TO £30K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

PERMANENT POSITION

My client is a well-established organisation who supply high quality steel castings to a wide range of industries including Mining and Quarrying, Petrochemical, Rail, Defence and Power Generation. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Estimator to join them at their site in Sheffield.

THE ROLE

* Prepare and submit estimates within an agreed timescale

* Read and interpret specifications and drawings

* Accurately calculate volume and weight of materials for each job

* Review information provided by the client and obtain any addition details

* Maintain and grow current customer relationships

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

* Experienced Sales Estimator

* Background within the Foundry, Steel or Fabrication industry

* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Able to calculate weight and volume materials

* Ideally qualified in an Engineering discipline

* Self-motivated with a focus on achieving for the benefit of the team.

* Good communication and IT skills

* Strong planning and organisational skills.
