WHAT OUR CLIENT WANT?
We are seeking applicants from a wide range of disciplines, 35 in total, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, building services, sustainable buildings engineering, ecology, environmental engineering, archaeology, energy related disciplines, quantity surveying and project management. The ROLE: The role as a Hire / Contract Co-coordinator is to provide technical sales advice, quotations and project tracking. You will be promoting the company`s range of equipment for sale and hire across the region. It is essential to support the hire manager in controlling the depots day to day activities and the management of key maintenance contracts.

Typical duties will require some of the following:

– Taking telephone calls from customers
– Completing quotations`
– Sales & Order Taking
– Processing orders
– Manage customer asset maintenance contracts
– Promoting the company

The CANDIDATE: We are looking for an extremely enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude and ability to get the very best from people. You will have previous experience in a TECHNICAL sales environment, knowledge of telephone sales techniques, negotiation skills and experience, use of Microsoft packages so data reading and input can be used also knowledge of finance. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines, you must also demonstrate that you are flexible and adaptable and want to learn new skills.
