Sales Enquiry and Marketing Coordinator

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative company during an expansion do to a growing order book. We are a small but well established engineering company who supply a range of process plant instrumentation to a range of industries across the globe.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will communicate with prestige clients and coordinate the sales enquiry process from first contact through to bid construction, proposal submission and follow-up activities. We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to assist the managing director with marketing activities including planning / attending trade events, market research, direct marketing, social media accounts, and website development.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will process enquires to ensure that customers are kept informed of progress, costs from different departments
Reviewing all enquires are responded to in a timely manner
Maintain and expand customer and potential customer information in a CRM style system
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will identify, plan and attend suitable trade events either as an exhibitor or a visitor in order to build company profile with potential customers
Undertake market research, including use of website forensics, into potential customers and use direct marketing techniques to make them aware of our products and capabilities
Maintain and expand keywords and phrases for google adword campaign
The Sales and Market Coordinator will work with subcontracted marketing company to manage social media accounts and the development of the website

Desirable Experience of the Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator must have previous experience within a similar role.
A suitable sales and marketing related qualification or equivalent is desirable
Must be able to communicate well at all levels and have a proactive attitude
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
Experience of CRM systems is an advantage
