Digital Marketing Executive/ Manager – Wakefield – £20k – £23k + benefits
Our client is a well-established digital agency based in Wakefield, that provide a range of services to clients and, due a growing customer base of SEO based clients, we are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive/ Manager to join our young and creative team.
Reporting into the SEO Manager, this is a great position for somebody with 1-2 years’ agency experience looking to continue their development in an enjoyable environment.
Duties include:
* Contribute to the creative and idea generation processes
* Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers and journalists
* Conduct outreach to promote campaigns to local, national and trade press
* Secure high-quality coverage and backlinks for campaigns
* Support with ongoing client campaigns
* Communicate with clients and internal teams
* Develop and execute successful on and off-page optimisation to aid organic search
* Undertake technical/content site audits
* Identifying optimisation opportunities
* Keyword research/tracking
* Competitor analysis
* Plan and implement creative link building to achieve the agreed KPI’s
* Monitor Google updates and possible impact on all client website
* Work with the SEO Manager to develop the client’s Google presence
* Perform keyword research and targeting across a variety of client sites
* Conduct content reviews and ensure all website copy is optimised where needed
* Find optimisation opportunities whilst working across accounts and communicate these to the SEO Manager
Skills Required:
* A good knowledge and understanding of on-site & off-site SEO and PR
* A creative and strategic mind-set to identify and resolve problems quickly
* Good communication skills (face to face, phone and email)
* Ability to stay up to date with the latest industry trends
* Good analytical ability and working knowledge of Google Analytics
* Able to juggle multiple projects at any given time
