The Company
Our Client is an established leading electrical wholesaler with branches across London and the South East of England. They have an excellent reputation within the industry for delivering quality services to a wide variety of suppliers. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Director to join the business and take a seat on the board of Directors. This role will be based in Maidstone, Kent.

The role:
As the Sales Director you will be responsible for assisting in developing the sales of the business, helping to increase the overall turnover through bringing onboard new accounts and assist in developing the staff at the branch, working with them to ensure any commercial queries / operational problems are resolved ensuring the customer receives the highest possible customer service at all times.

The Person
You must have a background in Electrical Wholesaling and have an active customer base and have previously worked either as a branch manager of a large operation or area sales manager / Director role. You must be experienced, self motivated and able to lead and inspire others. You must also have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm, able to problem solve and find solutions. Excellent salary package £48,000 – £60,000plus many additional benefits
